In March 2023, during the NGI Regional Jolly Learning Teacher Training In-Service, conducted by International Jolly Trainer-Consultant Annette Blackett, Pastor Patrick shared with NBC ENBP Radio the transformative impact of Jolly Learning training across the DTS school network and the nation of PNG. He reflected on the 18-year journey of DTS schools, driven by the vision to provide quality Early Childhood Education for every child in Papua New Guinea, ensuring no child is left behind.
